Tax exemptions in the French Ardennes

The French Ardennes benefit from a special tax assistance scheme for all companies setting up activities (or extending existing activities) in the BER zone (Bassin d’Emploi à Redynamiser) which covers 351 communes throughout the northern and eastern part of the department

Single exemptions
The scheme provides for 100% exemptions over 5 years for :
– Corporate tax (IS)
– Property tax and CFE
As well as a 5-year exemption on part of the social contributions
The scheme has now been confirmed until 31 December 2022
