An area of 14. 82 ha on the heights of the commune associated with a right-of-way of 120 acres along the RD27 at the exit of Morsbronn-les-Bains are available to imagine new infrastructure around
- the creation of a wellness centre (spa, aquatic play area, health sports)
- new accommodation offers
